  • Can I pay annually for my subscription?

    No, CyberSentry only offers monthly subscriptions.

  • How do I change my direct debit details?

    Contact support@cybersentry.com with any changes you need to make.

  • How do I get a refund? You can cancel at any time.

    Please email support@cybersentry.com if you think you are entitled to a refund.

  • What happens if I fail to pay my subscription charge?

    If you don't pay your subscription charge, we will remind you of the outstanding payment. If we still don't receive payment, we may:

    • Withdraw any promotional discounts applicable to your account.
    • Terminate our contract by providing written notice and withdraw your right to use the antivirus software.
    • Attempt to re-collect your direct debit payment.
