  • How do I activate my license?

    Please use the link sent to you on your welcome email to activate your license.

  • I signed up but didn’t receive a link, what do I do?

    Your welcome email may have ended up in your junk, so please check your junk or spam folder. If you still haven’t received this, please email support@cybersentry.com

  • I forgot my password to my log in. Where can I get this?

    If you have forgotten your password, you will be able to click to reset this directly on the McAfee or Lookout website.

  • Which devices can I register?

    You can protect up to five devices, including PCs, Macs, smartphones and tablets.

  • Can I add another license?

    CyberSentry does not sell directly and only partners with businesses.

  • How do I contact Customer Services?
