What happens if I fail to pay my subscription charge?
If you don't pay your subscription charge, we will remind you of the outstanding payment. If we still don't receive payment, we may:
- Withdraw any promotional discounts applicable to your account.
- Terminate our contract by providing written notice and withdraw your right to use the antivirus software.
- Attempt to re-collect your direct debit payment.
